Deaf woman

A deaf woman -also without teeth- in Bourj Hammoud, one of the poorest neighbourhoods in Beirut, received a lump sum of 50 euros as livelihood support. Her eyes sparkled when she received the amount. Being deaf, she cannot speak properly, but her sounds indicated that she was very happy.
